Over the last 15 years, Charles has distinguished himself by strategically moving teams and establishing new divisions and departments, focusing on investment strategies rather than conventional hiring approaches in both underwriting and broking arenas.
Charles has successfully accessed investment capital, underwriting capacity, compliance expertise, and a full suite of back-office solutions. These resources have been instrumental in launching several niche MGAs (Managing General Agents) such as CIR.
His keen eye for identifying top-tier talent within the MGA sector underscores his commitment to ensuring the UK market remains unique in delivering exceptional insurance solutions. Charles now holds a vital role as Chief Revenue Officer.
