John’s leadership and expertise date back to early 2007 with Waltons Insurance Brokers (WIB). Waltons is a specialist broker working with commercial, corporate and high net worth clients. He began as an Account Executive, quickly demonstrating his leadership and strategic acumen. In 2008, he was promoted to Director, where he played a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and success. He also brings extensive experience from his tenure as a Sales Director for a major PLC and various roles in banking and finance.
In 2016, John’s exemplary performance and vision for the future earned him the position of Managing Director. Under his leadership, Waltons saw significant advancements in operational efficiency and market expansion.
John’s journey of excellence continued, and he is now the CEO of CIR. In this role, he leverages his vast industry knowledge and leadership experience to steer CIR towards new heights, ensuring sustained growth and innovation.
