Matthew has demonstrated his strategic innovation in the Insurance sector throughout his career. He was a founding Director of Compass Network and Lloyd’s Broker Compass London Markets, which were acquired by the Bravo Group in 2018.
Matthew is passionate about the ensuring the ongoing professional standards of the insurance industry and was Chairman of the advisory board to Chichester University when it established the syllabus for first BA(Hons) degree in Insurance. As a seasoned insurance professional he excels in optimising operational efficiency, managing risks and, by utilising his Lloyd’s and London market knowledge, is known for his transformative strategies, Matthew is a trusted advisor to senior executives worldwide. Matthew now holds a vital role as Director of CIR Surveying Ltd and Senior consultant for CIR.
