In early 2019, Oliver transitioned into the insurance industry and quickly progressed through the ranks, becoming a well-known figure in the Warranty market specialising in Latent Defects Insurance. After five years in the structural warranty sector, where he led a nationwide team responsible for building property portfolios and growth, Oliver was appointed Divisional Director at CIR in 2024.
In his current role, Oliver oversees sales and day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional results for clients. His leadership and deep industry expertise continue to drive the success and growth of CIR.
