Simon is Chartered surveyor with over 30 years of extensive experience in the construction industry. He began his career in 1990 with Local Authority Building Control working on a variety of new-build and commercial projects, soon after he transitioned into the private sector in 2004. In 2014, Simon took on the role of Technical Manager at a prominent Latent Defects provider running a national team of surveyors. After nearly a decade of dedicated service, he embarked on a new venture in 2024 in joining CIR Surveying as the Managing Director.
With a deep well of technical knowledge and a commitment to excellence, Simon continues to elevate industry standards and share his expertise within the latent defects sector.
