Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, acting as their
main point of contact. - Proactively identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients, growing the company’s portfolio.
- Provide personalised support and advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met
promptly and effectively. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet client expectations.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns to ensure high levels of
retention. - Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities
and provide informed advice. - Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales targets, and client feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role with a
strong emphasis on target achievement. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals
effectively. - Results-driven, self-motivated, and confident in achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines
simultaneously. - Familiarity with the structural warranty industry (or a related field) is desirable but not
essential. - Proficient in CRM systems and pipeline management.
